    Abstract: 本文研究目的,乃在探討中共軍事幹部教育,在其建軍歷史上扮演的角色,以及當前對其「國防現代化」的適應配合作用,特別希望從當前中共軍事幹部教育中,探究中共所謂「國防現代化」的屬性,從而判斷其亞洲地區安全的正反影響。為著這個緣故,本文乃選用歷史研究法(Historical.Approach) ,以探討中共為配合其各個階段歷史任務而在軍事幹部教育採居的重要措施;選用文件分析法(Document Analysis),以探討中共現階段軍幹部教育的重點,從而判斷共軍現階段的史任務。更謀就此一端,扣其全貌,對中共在本地區是否能夠發生積極作用,求得一正確答案。本文架構,即以此項目的為主線,貫徹始終,並篇導論及四章與結論,要點如下:
