Title:	測量誤差模型與統計品管之製程變異 Measurement Error Model and Process Variation in Statistical Quality Control

Abstract:	本篇論文共分四章，探討兩個主題，其一為測量誤差模型，另一為統計品管中製程變異指標Ｃpm的檢定。第一章為概論，簡介相關的文獻。在第二章中我們提出一個修正的古典測驗模型及其參數的估計方法，並且提出一個診斷指標來進行試題分析，最後利用一批實際的測驗資料來說明所有的分析過程。第三章則提出在不假設母體具有常態分配的情況下，一個有關Ｃpm的檢定方法，並給出決定樣本數的公式。最後一章建議一些延續本文的未來研究方向。
