Title:	我國綜合所得課稅單位法律問題之研究

Abstract:	每屆所得稅結算申報時，綜合所得稅課稅單位問題，即夫妻合併申報制度問題總為納稅義務人所關切，且頗多爭論與建議，認為現行所得稅法規定夫妻必須合併申報稅負過重，且造成對婚姻之懲罰，因而乃有夫妻單獨申報、夫妻所得折半乘二申報等建議產生。但此類建多以納稅能力之大小，稅負多寡為重心，對於現行課稅單位在法律中之關係，則甚少獻議。事實上，課稅單位之選擇及其規定，與民法之夫妻財產制，強制執行時責任之歸屬。居住者與非居住者課稅原則之適用，甚至課稅單位範圍之大小。例如未成年子女所得應否合併申報等皆有密切關係。本論文擬就以上有關之問題作法律方面之探討並予適當之建議。
