Abstract:	公益信託，乃英、美法特有之制度，吾國法制尚未見之，惟據財政部發佈之消息，「信託法草案」即將送請立法院審議，則在可預期之將來，公益信託將納入我國法制體系中。故此時此地，對英、美公益信託制度作一整體性之研究，尚稱合於時宜。
