    Abstract: 在民主社會中，了解大眾對於公共議題的主流意識是非常重要。過去利用簡單眾數的計算方法，強迫人們採用二元邏輯的思考方式，對所討論的議題給予單一的選擇，完全忽略了人類本身在思考邏輯與對事物的認知上，所具有的模糊特性。故在考慮此類屬性的問題時，利用隸屬度函數與模糊統計分析會是一種較為進步的測度方法。本文在此提出模糊眾數的分析理論，並將其應用於人類思維測度上，期望能將大眾的想法更精確合理地表達出來。
