Title:	資訊產業推動電子化之績效衡量－平衡計分卡觀點

Abstract:	由於政府與企業的努力，目前國內在推動企業內自動化方面已做得柑當完善，因為生產技術的成熟，使得台灣已處於全球供應鏈上的一環。為因應全球經營環境的改變，未來應朝向製造業電子化發展，加強產業間上下游的整合，以提升產業生產力及國家競爭力。於是，1999年六月行政院通過「產業自動化與電子化推動方案」，而資訊產業因其各方面的優越條件，在各產業中脫穎而出，成為政府推動產業電子化優先考慮的對象，進行「推動資訊業電子化計劃」，分為A、B計劃，A計劃申請條件為在台年採購金額達15億美元以上之資訊產品採購商，B類計劃申請條件為年營業額達新台幣100億元之國內資訊產品或關鍵零組件之供應鏈主導廠商。因此，本研究以B計劃廠商為主，希望藉由個案公司的深度訪談，了解資訊產業推動B計劃之績效衡量情形，並以平衡計分卡之理論為主要架構，了解B計劃廠商在設計績效指標時是否全方位考量且前後連貫，進而達成公司目標。
