    Abstract: 本計畫試圖利用網絡結構型態去辯證 39 個產業地域的角色以及在創新氛圍的貢 獻,以生物技術產業(BT)以及資訊與通訊技術產業(ICT)為研究對象,以網絡動態變遷 角度切入,探討廠商網絡演化及變遷,以顯現出不同產業間的網絡動態演變,包括網 絡密度、中心與邊陲、結構洞、關鍵行動者與網絡位置的變遷情形。並將網絡分析結 果落實在地理空間上,作為判定地理空間橋接(bridging)與中介功能和產業地域動態 群聚分析的基礎。最後測試台灣 BT 及 ICT 產業本身的網絡結構演化與其所在空間產業 動態群聚形態,對創新績效的影響,辯證創新氛圍的差異。本研究觀點由微觀的廠商、 中觀的產業地域到宏觀的創新氛圍,對於產業發展提供充分及完整性分析,並提出促 進網絡建立、產業群聚、創新氛圍形塑及產業發展的建議。
    Adopting a dynamic perspective, this study aims to shed some light on the evolution of network and geographic clustering as well as their influences on innovation performance in different fields. We will use biotechnology and information and communication technology (ITC) industries as research contexts to address the network dynamics in terms of some critical aspects such as overall structure and structural hole, critical actors and their location as well as network density. These dynamic network results will be used as basis for identifying the geographically bridging from mediating roles and analyzing the evolution of geographic clustering. The study will then examine how the evolution of network and geographic clustering affects innovation performance via forming distinctive regional innovative atmosphere. It will end up with suggestions of network construction, industry network, innovative atmosphere formation, and industry development. To provide a more comprehensive view, this study will include different levels analyzing – from individual firm the micro level and industrial region the mezzo level to innovative atmosphere the macro level.
