    Abstract: AUTM Asia 年會開始於2011 年，是AUTM 在亞太地區相當重要的大型國際議會，除了美國總會理事長、副理事長組團代表出席外，亞太地區各國亦均組團與會。大會第一年在北京舉辦有1000 人出席，2012 年的大會在新加坡舉辦有500 人出席，而第三次的大會於2013 年3 月在京都舉行且多達500人出席。近年日本、韓國、中國大陸等亞洲國家亦陸續推出國家等級的智慧財產戰略或政策，我國亦於2012 年10 月通過「智財戰略綱領」，政府除了協助業者做專利布局和因應專利訴訟之外，也納入文創、產學合作、商標和農業等各種不同領域的智財布局，並提出6 大戰略整合國家智財能量，
    希望透過「創造運用高值專利」、「強化文化內容利用」、「創造卓越農業價值」、「活化流通學界智財」、「落實智權流通及保護體制」、「培育量足質精的智財實務人力」等項目之推動與實施，提升我國產業的競爭力，這些現階段重要的議題，也都在AUTM Asia 2014 研討會中進行充分的討論。
