    Abstract: 日前，政府相關主管機關針對本次金融風暴所引發的危機，以及企業不當交叉持股的情況，研擬出證交法第二十八條之二的修正草案，企圖以此法所規定三種企業可進行股票購回的方式，提供公司營運及財務上更大的運作彈性，而此項法案是否真的能迎合企業界的需要，即是本研究的重心。
