    Abstract: 由於世界科技日新月異，人類長距離交通工具的使用已由傳統之陸運、海運，漸漸的為航空運輸所取代，惟儘管飛行器不斷的改良精進，飛行輔助及降落等系統亦持續的精益求精，近年來國內外仍陸續發生許多嚴重的空難事件，追究空難的原因，不外乎以航空器之機械故障或人為操作之疏失所佔之失事原因比重較大，故吾人在發展航太科技的同時，如何兼籌並顧航空器之快速性及安全性，實為航空研發科技人員重要的努力目標。
