Title:	創業投資公司投資評估準則有效性之研究

Abstract:	創業投資基金的管理團隊對投資案普遍都有一套標準的評估準則，這樣的評估準則無非是希望能夠從眾多投資申請案中篩選出具有成功潛力的被投資公司，因此本研究以問卷方式調查創業投資基金管理團隊普遍重視的投資評估準則，以所得評分平均數高者做為受重視者，再請受訪的創投基金管理團隊選擇一家事後證明最成功的投資案與一家最不成功的投資案，以T檢定找出成功與不成功投資案在哪些研究變數上有顯著差異，將其結果與評估準則比較來找出是否有哪些變數是創投公司在評估投資案時並不重視但是對被投資公司成功與否有相當影響者，並據以對創業投資公司提出在進行投資評估時的建議。其次，本研究以迴歸分析試圖找出對被投資公司績效有預測能力的研究變數。另外，本研究亦以因素分析與集群分析來對評估準則、成功投資案與不成功投資案進行分群。
