Title:	國際性非營利機構海外控制方式之研究

Abstract:	隨著社會的進步與生活品質的提昇，非營利機構的發展已如雨後春筍般的蓬勃。過去由政府負責的許多社會功能，目前已多由非營利機構取代。而在一片國際化的聲浪中，非營利機構亦漸漸步向國際化，希望能將服務的觸角廣及世界各地。在競爭激烈的「第三部門」中，欲嶄露頭角獲取廣大社會的認同，便必須有好的績效，而此項成績必須藉由控制達成，因此，國際性非營利組織總部如何對海外分部控制，便成為主要的研究動機。
