Abstract:	本研究的目的在於試圖瞭解台灣股票報酬的決定因素以及利用計量分析方法（一般化動差法模型，GMM）檢視檢視一籃子股票及類股間投資績效表現動與總體環境變數之間是否存在某些關係；分析基本面股票報酬的重要泱定因素，以建立一套制式選股策略或採行特定投資風格（選擇成長型股票或價值型股票）。此外。本研究比較基木面因素與總體經濟情境變數的相對解釋能力。全篇的實證結果摘要如下：
