Abstract:	電腦軟體的訓練課程在一般人的心中，都被認為很乏味，但是在資訊化的時代，大部分的人都會需要學習新的應用軟體，為解決許多人學習軟體時遇到的挫折經驗，思索“電腦”媒體究竟可以在訓練課程上以何種形式發揮，才能達到的訓練目標，是本研究的預期構想。另一方面，也透過訓練課程軟體實作，提供資料服務業者另一種形式的訓練課程方式，以期能解決其龐大的售後服務成本壓力。
