Abstract:	盈餘是公司過去經營績效良窳之最終表現，而盈餘數值高低與公司股價報酬有密不可分的關係。然則，盈餘是企業營運的一連串會計處理結果，不同的會計原則及假設會影響會計處理的結果，使得當期及未來盈餘數值均會受到影響，因此在評估或預測企業的盈餘時，應對盈餘本身之品質加以探討，亦即，如何確認財務報表中那些是攸關盈餘品質優劣的資訊，透視盈餘本身的真正內涵以輔助投資人形成最佳投資策略，十分值得我們進一步研究。
