Abstract:	當企業面臨外部環境的激烈競爭、內部組織的求新求變以及資訊科技的日新月異時，組織若想生存發展就必須變革並力求突破，以創造競爭優勢。欲遠此一目標，首先就必須以企業組織再生工程為出發，對舊有的制度流程重新考量，而在再生工程中，位居樞紐的資訊系統因受到資訊科技日進千里之影響，更應有新的思考方向及系統轉型之概念。本研究主要針對企業組織面臨資訊架構迅速變動時，如從舊系統架構轉型至新系統時，如何面解決隨之而來阻礙與問題，而Intranet具備有開發性、可整合分散性環境，因而提出以Intranet為系統轉型工具之可行性考量，希望能瞭解國內企業以Intranet為系統轉型之工具實施狀況及提出一實施系統轉型之概念性模式。
