Abstract:	房屋之交通便利與否為影響房屋價格之重要因素之一。房屋之交通便利性，一般可分為房屋本身出入之便利性及房屋所在地區對於其他地區間之交通便利性。就房屋本身出入之便利性而言，其最直接面對的是其所面臨的道路寬度。而就地區間之交通便利性而言，雖仍有其他的聯絡道路，但因大眾捷運系統具有專用路權、行車快速等特色，已被視為今日解決地區間交通問題最重要之運輸工具。
