Title:	參照指標賽局模型之研究 Yardstick competition in game theory

Abstract:	在賽局理論(Game Theory)中，資訊(Information)一直扮演著很重要的地位。掌握越多的資訊，在對局中所可能獲得的利益也就越高。因此，每個參賽者都會有意願盡量地蒐集資訊，做為自己下決策時的參考依據。本文利用賽局模型說明，當存在著許多組相同型式的賽局時，參賽者會觀察其他組賽局參賽者的行為，並以此做為研判形勢時的依據。因而使不同組賽局參賽者問的行為產生了互相影響的情形。本文特別以政治上的行為為例，說明若選民能夠觀察到眾多不同行政區中各個官員的行為，則選民就可以藉著分析其他行政區官員的行為，來判斷自己所面對的官員在某些議題所採行的政策是否得當。並以此作為判斷該選區官員優劣的依據；也因此，不同行政區間的政策會產生互相影響(Interdependence)的情形。
