Abstract:	團體保險係以一張保險單涵蓋多數被保險人之保險方式，目的在以團體之優勢力量提供其成員福利與保障，其重要性於我國及歐美等保險先進國家中正與日俱增。然我國保險法令中並未針對團體保險為規範，僅財政體一年定期人壽保險契約示範條款」，除此之外，於團體健康險、團體長期壽險等，則悉依個人保險之規定以運作。衡諸團體保險之團體特性，以及為團體成員利益而存在之契約目的，實與以個人為對象之個人保險有所差異，因此以個人保險之規定為團體保險契約運作之規範，實有未當。本文乃針對團體保險及相關之法律問題（如：保險利益、受益人之指定與變更、被保險人權益之保障、現金價值及保單紅利之歸屬等）為探討，希冀藉由問題之提出、分析與建議之過程，能對我國團體保險制度之健全發展有所助益。
