Abstract:	面臨半結構化及非結構化的決策問題，通常需要結合專家的知識、配合大量資料的處理及進行適當的模式運算，方能解決此類問題；人力資源管理所面臨的各種問題如：人力規畫、績效評估、教育訓練…等問題，亦屬於半結構及非結構的問題；因此，單一的電腦資訊系統如：管理資訊系統、決策動搖系統及專家系統，是無法有效處理此類問題；所以，整合資料、知識及模式的專家決策支援系統才是解決人力資源管理所面對問題的有效之道。
