Title:	企業再生工程實施方式與企業特質之關聯性探討 The Linkage Between BPR Approaches and Organizational Characteristics

Abstract:	企業再生工程的出現，無疑地已經成為本世紀末最重要的管理課題。在這個變動的環境中，許多企業想要利用企業再生工程為組織創造競爭優勢，但多半苦於對企業再生工程的理論不夠了解，並且不知如何找出一個適合自己的變革方式，因而不敢貿然地進行。有鑑於此，本研究將指出組織內和跨組織企業再生工程的組成，比較革命性變革和演進式變革的差異，期能使這些企業再生工程實施的層面更為明暸；本研究列舉出七項企業特質，並且討論這些特質與企業再生工程實施方式的關聯。這七項特質包括：對外部資源的依賴程度、企業規模、企業文化、資訊科技的策略性使用、企業重視顧客的程度、企業對資訊科技的認知，和企業所屬之產業在產業生命週期中的位置。
