Title:	臺灣證券業規模與多樣化經濟之探討

Abstract:	依據民國80至82年臺灣綜合券商資料，針對TMCF與要素份額方程式組成的近似無關聯立模型進行估計，本文發現，券商具有產品別與射線規模經濟，但皆未達最適經營規模。資產在10至67億間及營業收入在4千萬至6億9千萬間的券商較具產出效率；但當資產或營業收入超過上述範圍，券商的產出效率反隨經營規模遞增而下降。此外，任兩項業務間皆可能具有多樣化經濟。因此，在審核合併或分公司增設時，主管機關似應將其對產出效率之影響納入考慮；在對券商業務組合進行管制時，似應顧及業務間的多樣化經濟關係。
