| Abstract: | 壽險業資金運用原則有五 : (一)安全性 (二)獲利性 (三)長期性 (四)流動性 (五)公益性。不動產投資兼顧獲利、增值與保值之功能，學者有稱之為「通貨膨脹之避難所」(Inflation Hedge). 壽險業在不動產投資方面已揮別過去暴利、投機之時代，而目前投資不動產投資固可得到約10%之不動產投資收益，唯其缺乏變現性。現行不動產投資項目包括不動產之買賣、使用暨房屋之建造及不動產之出租業務等 |
