    Abstract: 一國企業的發展,除了有精於技術層面的革新、經營策略的妥善運用等之外,最重要的,當推勞資雙方的通力合作。隨著勞工意識的覺醒與人性主義管理的倡行,對於員工工作態度的研究也日益顯現其重要性。 在員工的工作態度中,「工作滿足」與「工作投入」一直是學者們所關心的課題;它們的影響力不僅止於勞動場所,甚至關係到員工個人的家庭生活及整體社會的秩序。而員工的工作態度影響所及者,以其離職行為最受企業經營者與學者們的重視。本研究即企圖瞭解,員工個人特性的差異是否影響其工作滿足、工作投入和離職意願?勞動條件對員工之工作滿足、工作投入與離職意願又有什麼樣的影響?員工之工作滿足、工作投入與其離職意願的關連情形,如何受到個人尋找其他工作的意圖和獲得其他工作機會的影響?
