    Abstract: 論文提要
    數值地籍測量電腦化在我國尚屬初創時期，本文係從各個層面闡述此一作業方式之內容與特質，及實施時應有之配合措施，冀能與國人從觀念上之溝通與共識，進而獲得多數的贊助與支持，使我國數值地籍測量在未來之發展過程中，得以依循正軌，逐漸步入作業制度化之康莊坦途。
    本文內容，共分五章，第一章緒論：闡明研究動機、目的、範圍、步驟、及有關名詞之定義。
    第二章數值地籍測量電腦化可行性之探討：首先提出數值法測量在界址測量、面積計算與電腦繪圖之基本原理，正好與電子處理之特性吻合，適於電腦作業；其次介紹西德、瑞士、加拿大與日本施行成功之先例，及台灣地區以往試辦結果，證實可行。
    第三章數值地籍測量電子資料處理系統之建立：針對建立電子資料處理系統之系統分析、系統設計、及程式設計作一般性之探討，並介紹電腦繪製地籍圖之作業情形。
    第四章效益分析與配合措施：分別就測量精度、作業速度、設備經費、與地籍管理等四項，詳細比較數值法與圖解法之優劣，並作效益分析；然後提出實施時應有之配合措施。
    第五章結論與建議：綜合上述研究分析得知，數值地籍電腦化，確為適合現代化社會需求及科學化管理之作業方式，應加積極推行；最後並檢討未來尚待研究之方向。
