Abstract:	第一章: 序論。內容有: 跟單信用狀之功能及其延伸、擴大。第二章: 可轉讓信用狀。內容有: 信用狀之可轉讓性、轉讓手緒、轉讓目的、種類及信用狀轉讓之法律關係及諸問題之探討。第三章: 付款請求權之讓與。內容有: 付款請求權讓與之意義、利用情形、讓與可能性及關係當事人間之法律關係。第四章: 預支信用狀。內容有: 預支信用狀之意義、起源、利用情形、種類、匯率風險之負擔及墊款銀行之地位。第五章: 轉開信用狀。內容有: 轉開信用狀之意義、名稱、利用關係、法律性質、與原信用狀之關係以及與三角貿易之關係。第六章: 結論。信用狀再度使用在國際貿易中之重要性及其糾紛之預防。
