Abstract:	第一章緒論，分四節，分別說明研究動機與目的，研究問題假設，研究對象與限制，及研究架構與論文結構。第二章有關文獻之搜集，分四節，首述工作滿足之研究發展、定義、及測量次述工作滿足之理論基礎，最後探討影響工作滿足的前因變項與工作滿足所弔起的後果變項。第三章研究方法，分四節，說明樣本之抽最及施測過程，測量工具，統計方法，及統計特徵之描述。第四章工作滿足及其相關因素之實證分析，分五節，分析員工個人屬性特徵、考績、離職意願、成就動機對工作滿足的影響，及員工個人屬性特徵對考績、離職意願的影響。第五章結論與建議，分四節，首述無假設是否通過統計考驗，其次對第四章的分析結果做解釋與結論，最後分別對主管當局及續後研究者提出改進建議。
