Abstract:	首章緒論。綜述容甫所處時代之政治及學術背景，以見當時學風與容甫之關係。次章汪容甫之生平。述容甫之先世、童年、學程、家室及性情。三章汪容甫交遊考。敘列容甫之交遊，以見師、友、親戚於容甫之影響。四章汪容甫著述者。列考容甫已刊、未刊及未竟著作之大要。五章汪容甫之經學。考查其治經之特色及所論經學之梗概。六章汪容甫之史學。論述其對史學之認識及其史論之舉例。七章汪容甫之子學。分析其治子學之態度及其主要之議論。八章汪容甫之文學。研究容甫駢文之特色及地位，兼及其詩作之介紹。九章結論。總結容甫學術之貢獻、特色與缺失。
