Title:	中土原始神話的比較研究

Abstract:	本論文共一冊，計十一萬字，分為五章。在第一章創造神話，探索天地人創造中化育的變化律則，藉比較創造主概念，看神話的流動變化與原始宗教信仰由泛生而泛靈的發展，繼而透過族祖創生神話考察出中土主要圖騰神物為龍與狼；天地神話比較中土宇宙觀念，對山岳信仰與薩滿信仰作初探。第二章為帝王及英雄神話，從中土神話主神的推求，為神話世界擬出一套諸神世系，其次從始祖神安定天下的征戰神話，看圖騰神物所扮演的角色，並探討族祖與圖騰神物感生神話中，異常誕生與歷劫之意義。第三章為自然神話，透過日月星辰神話，考察古代北辰信仰和薩滿（巫教）信仰，將神話與宗教祭儀作結合式的探索。第四章為動植物神話，將中土原始樹木信仰與圖騰信仰作深入比較，見其受社會、文化影響所生的歧異。在變化神話的一節，對原始人類追求生命不朽的神話冥想，作一番考察。在第五章的結論中，以人類學的比較觀點進行中土神話同與異的分析歸納，在回顧與展望中，對中土神話比較研究的發展，作肯定的結論。以上為本論文主要內容。
