Abstract:	第一章「緒論」, 敘述研究動機、目的, 研究範圍及方法等。第二章「資金成本會計處理之背景」, 介紹資金成本會計處理之歷史背景及目前之會計處理。第三章「財務會計理論與資金成本之處理」, 從會計理論上探討資金成本之處理。第四章「資金成本會計處理對管理決策之影響」, 說明財務會計與管理會計應趨於一致。第五章「資金成本會計處理對財務報表之影響」, 說明各種不同處理方法對報表之影響。第六章「資金成本之衡量」, 探討資金成本衡量之可行性。第七章「我國資金成本之會計處理」, 討論我國實務處理及改進方向。第八章「結論與建議」。
