Title:	台灣省縣市長的地位暨其應考試問題研究

Abstract:	第一章緒論，分述研究動機、理論架構及研究方法。本文以「組織」及「地位」概念為理論架構，並以問卷詢問輔助資料蒐集，採用凱氏平方分析及百分比，來瞭解縣市民對縣市長地位的認同，與對縣市長地位的認同，與對縣市長候選人資格檢覈辦法意見。第二章台灣省縣市長的地位，分述地位的涵義、縣市長的身分地位、地方行政首長地位、縣市長地位新陳代謝及縣市長地位的評價。第三章縣市長應考試問題，分述國父對此問題的見解、行憲前我國縣市長考試辦法、行憲後台灣省縣市長候選人資格檢覈辦法、及卸任縣市長出路安排的途徑。第四章結論，分述吾人對台彎省縣市長地位的瞭解與建議、及吾人對目前縣市長侯選人資格檢覈辦法的瞭解與建議。
