Abstract:	全文共一冊，分成六章。第一章為緒論，分三節，論研究動機、研究範圍、研究方法與限制。第二章貿易商的功能、論貿易商生存之道，分成四節，首先敘述中間商的產生，可是中間商功能重覆，必導致分配效率下降，因此有行銷系統觀念的引入，其次論貿易商應有的功能，最後指出現行一般貿易商所扮演角色。第三章貿易服務子系統的問題，外成五節，第一節概說，第二節船運糾紛，以行銷觀點分析出口商責任，並兼論海商法的缺失。第三節為銀行的服務。第四節情報系統。第五節輸出保險的缺失。第四章貿易管理子系統，分成五節，第一節進出口有關法規及管理機構。第二節國際貿易周的管理。第三節中央銀行外匯管理。第四章商品檢驗第五節外銷品原料沖退稅捐辦法及關務制度。第五章，貿易業務子系統的管理問題。第六章結論。全文約四萬字。
