    Title: 台灣會計師事務所員工工作滿足之研究

    Abstract: 在組織行為，員工的工作滿足感是很動要的。本研究的要目的即在探討台灣省會計師事務所員工工作滿足的問題：目前工作滿足程度如何？員工個別差異對工作滿足
    有無影響？工作滿足是否會因工作項目的不同、考核制度的是否健全，以及福利措施的重觀與否而有不同？會計師事務所的規模大小又有何影響？這些都是本研究欲探討的問題。
    本研究採用修訂的 JDI作問卷調查。樣本取自台北市及台灣省會計師公會所登錄的計師事務所，調查三九七個員工，共得二○○個有效資料。資料分析採用單向度變異量分析及事後比較法來討論解釋研究結果，並做進一步的建議。本論文共五章：
    緒論、有關文獻之評介、研究方法、結果與討論以及檢討與建議。
    本研究的重要發現為：
    一、目前台灣會計師事務所員工一般工作滿足度頗高，其中對於工作伙伴、上司滿足感較高，其資為工作本身滿足感，致於薪水及陞遷滿足感則屬中度滿足程度。
    二、工般工作滿足感，除年資因素外，均受員工個別差異，工作項目、考核制度、福利措施及規模大小顯著影響。
    三、工作本身滿足感，除年資及考核方法因素外，均受其他因素的影響。
    四、工作伙伴滿足感，一般均較高，除規模大小外，不受其他因素的影響。
    五、上司滿足感，受到員工考核制度，福利措施及規模大小因素的顯著影響。
    六、薪水滿足感，除年資、考核方法及性別因素外，均受其他因素的顯著影響。
    七、陞遷滿足感，除婚姻、年資因素外，均受其他因素的顯著影響。
