Title:	民國初年的政治人物建國歷程：袁世凱改元洪憲的背景分析

Abstract:	本論文共一冊，計八萬字。分六章十三節。其主要內容如下：\\ 第一章導論。對研究本論文題目的旨趣作一扼要的說明；並以蒲薛鳳教授所提出分析政治的五因素─人物、觀念、制度、勢力、現象作一簡略的介紹，以為本文分析的主要架構。第二章計三節，本章以形成並影響袁世凱的權力人格為中心，探求其對權力追求、取得、保持的手法作一嘗試性的分析。第三章計三節，對於促成袁氏帝制的國內政治環境略作說明。從辛亥年袁氏謀取大總統一職的經過，及其後國內黨派意見的紛歧，造成政治的混亂，予袁氏有可逞機會，逐步走向專制並進而帝制自為的過程。第四章計四節，說明列強為謀取中國的權益，鼓勵中國內亂；及袁氏在帝制過程中如何因應列強，以圖達成其帝制夢，再次論述列強的干涉所導致遠氏的破產。第五章計三節，說明袁氏如何假藉民意，利用籌安會，請願聯合會所造成的勢力以推動民意，使袁氏達到其帝制夢；並論述由蔡鍔所領導護國軍的崛起，致使袁氏撤銷帝制的經過。第六章結論，對本文寫作心得作一評述。
