Abstract:	本論文共一冊，總計約六萬字，全文共分八章二十節，內容大致如下：第一章緒論，說明研究動機、目的與範圍，名詞界說及理論之演進。第二章說明美國有關製品責任問題之法律見解，包括過失責任、擔保責任及侵權行為之嚴格責任等。第三章說明缺陷製品之定義與類型。第四章說明與製品責任有關之當事人及其間之法律關係。第五章列舉美國與美國製品責任有關之立法、主管機構及對國外廠商之管轄權。第六章說明美國製品責任問題的現況及其解決之道。第七章係就我國外銷廠商如何預防或減免製品責任問題提出建議。第八章結論。
