Abstract:	第一章：歐洲美元而場之沿革，包括其定義、特質、起源、發展、規模及其操作方法。第二章：歐洲美元之供給與需求，討論資金之來源及用途。第三章：歐洲美元與信用創造：有三派不同理論解釋歐洲美元對世界信用總量之影響。第四章：歐洲美元市場與國際貨幣制度，分別討論其對媒介通貨制度、國際收支、匯率、國際流動性及各國經濟政策之影響。第五章：控制問題，歐洲美元市場亦造成額外的風險，故各國央行及國際間必須加以控制。第六章：歐洲美元市場之展望：近年來石油美元形成，對歐洲美元市場造成影響，未來發展趨勢等。
