Abstract:	第一章方法論，說明本論文研究目的、方法、及其限制。第二章合資廠商概論，討論合資定義、種類、利弊，並分析台灣中外合資廠商的現況第三章融資基本政策，說明融資類型，選擇融資方法基本因素，及長短期融資方法。第四章流動資金管理，說明流動資金管理基本方法，及基本模型的可能運用。第五章移轉定價策略，討論移轉定價目的、方法、及其限制。第六章資金匯回母公司策略，討論影響資金匯回的基本因素，資金匯回的原因、金額大小、及匯回型態。第七章匯率變動風險及通貨膨脹策略，討論貶值及通貨膨脹各種對策。第八章結論及建議。
