Abstract:	職業道德對所有專門職業均具重要性，就會計師行業而言，職業道德尤具重要性。反觀、我國會計師職業道德規範雖已頒行多年：然因諸多因素，使得成效不彰；社會輿論輒有批評，本論文乃就會計師應有之職業道德加以闡述。本論文共分八章，計三十三節。首章論述研究目的及方法，職業道德之重要性、職業道德之演進、職業道德之實施，第二章論及超然獨立的意義及重要性，不能視為超然獨立的情況總事稅務及管理服務時對超然獨立的影響。第三章闡明會計師應具備之才能與技術，會計專業所應持有之專業態度，預測簽證與職業道德之關係。第四章論述對委託人及同業的責任。第五章其他責任。第六章稅務服務。第七章管理服務。第八章就本論文提出綜結，並提出建議。
