Abstract:	本文約五萬餘字，全文分六章共有二十二節。各章之內容如後：第一章緒論，包括調查、普查與抽樣調查，單段抽樣調查與多段抽樣調查，單段抽樣調查之缺點，多段抽樣調查之優點。第二章單段抽樣，包括簡單隨機抽樣，分層隨機抽樣，不等抽出率之抽樣，單段集團抽樣。第三章二段集團抽樣，包括二段等抽出率，二段不等抽出率之樣本平均數其變異數。第四章三段及三段以上之集團抽樣，包括三段抽樣樣本平均數及其變異數，機率與集團大小成比例之抽樣，樣本變異數之估計，樣本最佳配置。第五章多段分層集團抽樣，包括樣本平均數及其變異數，二段樣本最佳配置，分層集團抽樣之效率，重壘分層估計法。第六章實例研判與結論，包括抽樣設計、實例研判、結論。
