Title:	我國使用牌照稅之研究

Abstract:	本文分五章十九節加以研討，前三章為理論探討部分，後三章為實務部分：第一章為使用牌照稅之基本認識，首先說明其意義、性質及理論基礎，今日之使用牌照稅係對交通工具所有人課徵，其目的不但為獲得財政收入而且亦含有社會意義原則。第二章為沿革分三個時期敘述我國使用牌照稅之遞壇，及其稅法修訂之由，容及經過，使吾人明瞭使用牌照稅之演進發展過程。第三章為現行稅制概述，分別敘述稅法之內容，使對現行使用牌照稅有完整認識，以期有助於進一步探討使用牌照稅之問題。第四、五章就外國實例作一介紹以供借鏡，並就現行問題逐加檢討，並提出改進辦法以求完美。
