Abstract:	首章陳子昂之生平行誼，析為家世、生平、為人與交遊四節；次章陳子昂之時代環境，分為政治環境、經濟環境、社會環境、文教環境與軍事環境五節；三章陳子昂之論詩觀點；四章感遇詩之淵源與流衍，若能溯其源而尋其流，當可窺一豹之全；五章感遇詩之分析與品評，就形式與內容二方面，將感遇詩稍作分析，並擇錄歷代學者對感遇詩之品評；末章感遇詩之校記與旨趣，陳沆詩比興箋謂「子昂感遇，雄軼古今，然間其所感何遇，則皆不求甚解」，故特作校記，並求其旨趣也。
