    Title: 銀行管理會計之研究

    Abstract: 我國銀行業會計制度，係各業會計制度發端最早，且最具規模者，然，如今各業會計制度早已進入成本會計領域，且已重視管理會計方法之導入，唯獨銀行業，不但末能重視透過計數加強管理之管理會計領域，甚至「重營業，輕會計」之陳舊觀念，依然存在，實為可惜。考其主因，除國內銀行界業務範圍及利率，受中央銀行嚴格控制外，較具規模之銀行，大多為公營，實為最大原因。及至民國六十一年六月，行政院將院長接任視事後，深體時艱，勵精圖治，尤其對公營事業企業化之鼓吹，更不遺餘力，同年八月，即訂頒國、省營事業經營改進方案，明定公營事業企業化之具體方法，包括公營銀行用人費率制度之訂頒實施，是為公營銀行企業化最大之原動力；喚起了銀行企業化之覺醒，而銀行如欲走向企業化，非重視管理會計實不為功也，此乃啟發筆者撰述本論文之動機。
    本文共分七章，三十三節。第一章導論：陳述銀行之特性、介紹銀行管理會計之意義及其發展之可能性。第二章：敘述銀行管理會計之執行機構、及其操作原則。第三章至第六章係本文之重心；第三章闡述銀行管理會計實施之前導資料—經營統計：包括統計方法及其應用之介紹。第四章：論述銀行成本計算之意義及其計算方法。第五章：陳述各項經營比較方法及其功用。第六章：殿以銀行管理會計之具體實施方法－預算控制：包括各種預算之編制程序、方法及其執行考核方法。第七章殿以結論。
    本論文之撰述，承蒙 金師克和教授及會計名學者 許華振先生悉心指教，多所匡正，得以順利完成，謹此致最大之謝忱。唯筆者才疏學淺，根基容有末固，所述難免掛一漏萬，尚祈各界先進賢達，不吝指正是幸。
