Abstract:	第一章緒論，敘述國民所得之概念及其起源與發展並論及國民所得會計之範圍及特性。第二章生產表，敘述企業生產表及經濟生產表之編製。第三章國民所得會計之帳戶體系，敘述部門之劃分及部門帳戶之設立，並比較美國與聯合國之國民所得會計帳戶。第四章其他有關之會計制度敘述投入產出表及資金流通會計之編製及運用。第五章國民所得會計之運用與分析，敘述如何運用國民所得會計所產生的資料。第六章結論，批判國民所得會計系統之優劣及建議改進之方案。
