Abstract:	第一章介紹內部控制之定義及基本觀念，俾對內部控制有一概括性之認識。第二章探討構成內部控制基礎之行為假說，並就其對內部控制之影響加以辨認與分類。第三章闡述建立與維持內部控制乃企業管理當局之責任，先就內部控制之功能與原則加以說明，而後介紹幾個重要部門之內部控制，以作為會計人員設計內部控制制度之參考。第四章敘述內部控制與審計之關係，並對獨立查帳會計師研討與評估內部控制之目的、方法與步驟加以分析。第五章說明電子處理資料系統對內部控制之組織及程序之影響、並研究獨立查帳會計師執行審計工作時必須注意之處。第六章就上述數章所言，加以總結。
