Title:	財務分析與股票投資

Abstract:	本文係討論財務分析在股票投資時的運用。財務分析的範圍極廣，可細分為投資分析、信用分析、經營分析等。本文採廣義觀點，認為對發行股票公開上市公司分析時，儘可取經營、徵信的立場一併考慮；同時，因須著重對末來的預測，整個分析過程，除了使用以往資料外，更須對末來加以評估，形成判斷，故整體說來，乃具預測導向（Forecast oryentation）。預測的要素，不外情報的獲得，利用方法，據以分析，並形成判斷四項。本文在前三章中論及情報的搜集與應用，其中第三章係利用參加行政院國家科學委員會託會計研究所進行之「各項財務標準比率之研究」所得，並以水泥業之各項財務標準比率，輔以與臺灣水泥公司比較分析，作為運用標準比率評估個別公司的實例。第四章論及預測用的方法。第五章論及各項資料的分析。第六章論及預測的判斷因素。第七章結論，係針對當前環境所作的建議與意見。筆者有幸參加前述國科會之研究計劃，其間蒙主持人高教授造都多所指導；論文撰寫期間，先後承林教授敦寧指導及吳教授承豪悉心披閱，多所匡正。師恩如山，謹誌不忘，以申謝忱於萬一。唯筆者才疏學淺，所述難免顧此失彼，錯誤遺漏之處，在所難免。尚祈祈有識者不吝指正是幸。
