Title:	我國會計師查帳業務之研究

Abstract:	多年以來，我國會計師業務，由於種種因素，迄未納入正軌；逐致該一行業，人才凋零，業績未彰。最近三年，政府積極推行稅務登證，其動機固在於補救稽征機關查帳人力之不足，但亦不無輔導會計師開拓業務之意念；用心良苦，允稱德政。為期適應當前環境之需要，凡屬執業之會計師，皆當研求充實查帳之智能，尤應共策職業道德之遵守，藉以改進執業水準，提高社會地位。超一有鑑於實務上之迫切需要，爰受不揣簡陋，蒐集資料，撰寫本文。本論文共七章廿九節。第一章，緒論，陳述會計師制度之與起與發展，以及我國會計師業務開拓之歷程。第二章，財務簽證，研析該項簽證有關法令之得失，並對若干實物問題縷陳個人的見解。第三章，稅務簽證，剖析簽證制度之障礙，指陳發展之趨勢。第四章至第六章，分就查帳計劃、查帳工作底稿及查帳報告，縷陳合宜之方法，並舉例以說明。第七章，結論及建議，係綜合全文，陳述會計師應有之執業態度，及末來之發展趨向。超一才疏學淺，本文缺漏之處，在所難免，敬祈諸位師長不吝賜正，至為感禱。
