Title:	台灣公有土地管理之研究

Abstract:	自有文明以來，人類為了維持生存而進行的活動，均與土地有關，舉凡民生六大需要都脫離不了土地。臺灣近年來由於人口之激增，都市化現象進行得激烈，工商業之長足發展等諸種因素之影響，乃使國家產生出無數的社會與經濟新問題，究其原因直接，間接地多與土地取得困難有關。臺灣地區總面積有三、五九八、一四四公頃，其中公有土地佔了二、五○四、六七三公頃，約為全數的六九％，土地資源有限，是以如何利用有限的土地資源來肆應各種需要，藉以調劑土地之供需，如何就各級政府機關所管理之公有土地平均地權土地政策下，發揮其最高效用，實乃本論文研究之主要動機。
