Title:	台灣舉辦農業保險之研究

Abstract:	本論文計分七章，第一章為緒論，簡單介紹農業保險之意義、種類、特性及其困難並說明美日實施農業保險情形，良以他山之石，可以攻錯。第二章對農業保險之業務技術、組織形態及經營方式作理論上的探討，以為本省舉辦農業保險之根據與參考。第三章係分析本省農作物及家畜災害因素，以說明農業災害的嚴重性。第四章為太省實施家畜保險業務之研究，論述實施家畜保險之必要、經過及檢討，並指出擴大貿施之途徑。第五章為台灣舉辦農作物保險之可能性，闡述本省舉辦農作物保險之必要性及可能性並為業務技術，經營方式宜採之途徑作一研究。第六章為對台灣建立農業保險制度的若干建議。首先指陳舉辦農業保險應有的基礎工作，繼之對農業保險立法方面、組織形態方面及資金籌措方面，略陳管見，以供有關單位參考。第十章為結論。
