Title:	市場需求、服務品質與市場集中度：以台灣民航業為例

Abstract:	本文在市場具潛在競爭性的假設下，建立一以市場需求、市場集中度與服務品質為內生變數之聯立模型。然後，依據台灣地區民國七十二年至七十六年，與民國七十八年至八十四年的資料，利用3SLS方法，針對上述聯立實證模型進行多元迴歸分析，探討放寬進入管制政策前後，服務品質、市場需求與集中度三者間之交互關係。實證結果顯示在民國七十二年至七十六年這段期間，僅市場需求與服務品質之間會有互動影響，而在民國七十八年至八十四年這段期間，市場需求、服務品質與市場集中度三者之間則會交互影響。其次，本文亦發現放寬進入管制後，服務品質惡化與市場集中度上升；扣除了服務品質、經濟與社會環境變數後，放寬進入管制對市場需求卻有負面影響。
