Title:	投機者的學習過程與其經濟效果：遺傳規畫在多決策者模型上的應用

Abstract:	本論文應用遺傳規畫(Genetic Programming)作為模擬多決策者系統(multi-agent system)的工具，探討投機性的交易活動對經濟市場可能造成的影響，以及投機者在長時期間的調適與學習過程。一般在新古典(neo-classical)的分析架構下，投機行為被認為對市場具有正面的影響力，然而，凱因斯學派學者的論點卻認為投機者的交易活動會帶給市場不穩定性。透過遺傳規畫模擬經濟市場的運作，我們不僅觀察到模擬市場中的參與者他們在有限理性下豐富的學習動態行為，同時，在考量有生產廠商、投機者、消費者的經濟環境下，分析不同市場的穩定本質以及各種金融規範的管制，投機行為對價格波動、投機交易、消費者及生產者福利的影響效果。模擬結果顯示：在適當的金融規範環境下，特別是市場的本質相當不穩定時，投機行為會減少市場價格的波動性，對市場有穩定的助益貢獻；然而，多數考量的情境顯示投機者在市場上仍舊扮演著破壞經濟穩定性的角色。
